It’s All Good

 During meditation you can have days when you feel like you’re in the zone… you’re going deep and can feel tremendous benefits to your meditation. 

Other days, your body releases stress - you’re constantly fidgeting and your mind is all over the place… it feels like you’re only in the ‘shallow’ end of meditation.

But ‘shallow’ or ‘deep’… you’re getting wet! 

Either way there are benefits to your practice. 

Stop judging and just be… here, now.
